We are happy about the "Bewusst Tirol Münze" for our new Genussmanufaktur. Our guests have the possibility to buy their delicacies in the Genussmanufaktur, at the same time the new "Event Kitchen" inspires you for common cooking and wine evenings. Once or twice a week we prepare 1 or 2 Tyrolean dishes for you in the Genussmanufaktur and look forward to sharing them with you.

You get it fresh every morning, delivered directly to the chalet.
Since your privacy is paramount, we will place your breakfast basket in a box right outside your chalet front door.

The tasty Tyrolean delicacies offer you pleasure of the finest - whether fine grilled specialities or delicious dumpling dishes in different variations.
In our Genussmanufaktur we offer you all the ingredients, high-quality and sustainable food from the region, for further processing. You can easily prepare the food in your fully equipped alpine kitchen.
Once or twice a week, our managing director Manuel also takes care of the fresh preparation for you in our Genussmanufaktur - to take away or enjoy on the spot.
