MINIMUM STAY

• Bookable from 3 nights, mountain chalet and starry sky apartment from 4 nights
• Only weekly bookings of 7 nights are possible at Christmas and New Year's Eve.
• If there is a gap in the booking schedule, bookings of 2 nights are also possible, with a short stay supplement of € 70,00.

PAYMENT

• 40% of the total price within 1 week after booking.
• Your reservation is considered binding only after receipt of the deposit on our account. Failure to do so will result in a tacit cancellation of the booking.

• We accept cash, EC cards/Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.
• Please note that payment with American Express is not possible on site.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

• Arrival from 15.00 h, departure until 10.00 h

• Please note: The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply. AGBH2006:
• Cancellation free of charge until 90 days before arrival.
• From 90 days to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price.
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price.
• In case of cancellation in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price.
• On the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total price

EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE

• It is not so rare that things turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely canceled. We would like to save you the associated costs and hassle. Therefore, we recommend the conclusion of a hotel cancellation insurance of the Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. free Covid coverage).
